Right im after a bit of help me and my fella have just had a quick go fitting our new h/u into our 07 furio, and we have bought everything we need including the aerial connector and the new plug for the headunit, But we have come across a problem after we plugged it all in it wouldnt power up so he got the 12v red wire from the hu which doesnt connect to anything bared the wire back and connected it to the 12v memorywhich is the yellow wire and it will come on but you can obviosly only turn it off now if you take the h/u face off. we just wanna no if anyone knows where we can find the ignition live wire from the car to tap into or will it be ok to leave to yellow wire as everytime we leave the car we will remove the face it wont drain the battery will it with the face off. Sorry for the long post all help really appreciated

I need to find it myself but have not had time to fit my head unit lol.
The thing to do it get an electrical test meter and test which cable becomes live with the ignition key on like.
Or this may work.
Using the information pack from the h/u why dont you look at the connections on the back of the headunit and find the permenant live and ignition live and relate that to the cables on the car and switch them around.
Hope that might help.
Aidan,
